Founded in 2004, Shenzhen HYPT Industries specializes in manufacturing laptop batteries, power supplies, battery packs, power tool batteries and solar chargers. We provide about 30 brands of laptop batteries and offer more than 1,000 models, which are exported to Germany, the UK, Russia, the US, Brazil and Poland, giving us total annual sales of $15 million.
Creating Up to 10 New Items Monthly
Our factory covers 20,000 square meters and by investing $1 million, we now have 10 production lines manned by 500 workers. We also have 10 engineers who have up to 10 years of experience and some of them worked in GM, Samsung and Hanma. To keep your options fresh, they create five to 10 new items every month.
Obtaining Approvals for Quality Products
We have 30 QC members who have up to 10 years of experience. They inspect each item in the whole production process to ensure quality. Because of their meticulousness, we have a defect rate of 2 percent. In fact, we are ISO 9001:2008-certified and have obtained CE, FCC and RoHS approvals for our products. Additionally, our laptop batteries come with 14 months of warranty and we provide a one-year warranty for other products.
